Even though EVOLVE has only recently been established as a registered company our origins go back to 1988 when we first entered the property development and construction industry.  Nine years later (in 1997) we entered the professional field of project management.

Through our network of resources developed and honed over the last 21 years EVOLVE has access to a full range of engineering, survey and planning resources. This provides our organisation with a sound technical base from which to manage and design, document, test and commission technically complex and specialised projects.

Over this period we have developed extensive hands-on experience in all facets of property development, planning, design and construction including (but not limited to):

This experience has provided EVOLVE with a solid foundation for the creation of an independent project management group.

EVOLVE directors, staff and associates have qualifications and experience in project management, construction, planning, building and engineering in a wide range of projects.
